Our Motto: Come as you are. Build as you go. The Table Social is a Charlotte-based community for women on the cusp of their new selves. Whether its starting a business, passion projects, personal growth journeys, or simply starting over in a new place. We're dedicated to supporting your mind, body, and soul through all of the things we know you'll love (because we do, too!): → creative workshops → intentional workouts → inspiring convos → and real community. Veronica. Founder, Loud laugher, and master of making something out of nothing. (For better or for worse) Runs on oat milk lattes, sad girl playlists, and the audacity to believe we can all do more and also care less. She created The Table Social for you (and definitely not just to make new friends) but also spends her free time writing poetry and coaching women. Her coaching is all about personal development and growth and the understanding that she won't give you permission, but she'll remind you that you never needed it.
