STRENGTH CIRCUIT is a full body resistance based workout. Designed to build a stronger body and support weight management.
Helping you feel more confident and empowered in your own body.
Each session concludes with conscious breathing. Bringing the body back to stillness. Helping you transition into a state of ease.

GROUP CLASS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Class Bookings
All classes must be booked in advance via our booking system (Momence)
Space is limited and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. 8 Hour Cancellations Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a class up to 8 hours before the class start time without penalty.
Cancellations made after this window, or no show will result in the class being forfeited without credit or refund.
Cancellations need to be made via our booking system (Momence)

3. Studio Rights
The instructor reserves the right to cancel any class necessary due to the lack of attendance or instructor availability. Should a class be canceled, a class credit will be returned to your account.
5. Health and Safety
By attending a class, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in physical exercise and have disclosed any relevant health conditions.
